2.1 Category: Tomato paste mixing plant and canning production line
2.2 Packaging form: 70g tin can and 410g tin can.
2.3 Production capacity: 3T/H, 600 CPM for 70g cans, 120 CPM for 410g cans.
2.4 Vacuum mixing and batching system
2.5 Automatic filling and seaming combination machine
2.6 Conveyor systems uses famous brand motor drives with frequency speed control, to improve the continuous running stability of the production line, thus to minimize the maintenance time and increase the efficiency of the production line.
2.7 The control system of each section is equipped with detection elements and photoelectric to achieve control and linkage control more effectively.
2.8 Equipment performance: high degree of automation, continuous stability, safety and reliability.
2.9 Will make designs free of charge based on the workshop drawing provided by the customer, and send drawings for customer’s documentation, including such drawings as equipment layout, piping layout drawing, processing flow chart, electrical control distribution drawing, etc.
