Vacuum mixing and batching tank system, production capacity from 1 Ton/Hour to 15 Tons/Hour
Main Features & Specifications ( Taking a 3 tons/hour equipment as an example) :
- 2000L vacuum tank (full volume)
- The inner shell and all products contacting parts are made of SUS316 stainless steel, and the inner shell of the tank is sanitary polished;
- Steam heating jacket is made of SUS304 stainless steel, wall thickness of 3mm;
- Motor drive for the mixer, power of 5.5KW (maximum rotating speed is 28 rpm, c/w frequency speed control );
- PVDF scraping wall mixing and paddle type mixer;
- Vacuum batching tank is equipped with manhole, tomato paste feeding port, discharging port, supplementary material inlet, hot water inlet, CIP cleaning port, CIP spray ball, sight glass, etc. ;
- DN32 automatic steam angle seat valve;
- Automatic temperature control system;
- Effective volume: 1,500 L;
- Domestic motor and reducer.
