Applications:
Sterilizing of tin canned food, the equipment is suitable for sterilization production of all kinds of canned meat and canned vegetables.
Technical Descriptions:
1. The steam enters retort directly to sterilize the food at high temerature, which is simple and quick;
2. Air driving device, sterilization without dead corners, heat distribution during sterilization stage is controlled within +0.5°C
3. Negative pressure safety device to avoid negative pressure causd by manual misoperation and ensure equipment safety;
4. After the equipment is restored from a power failure, the progran will automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses,
5. One-button operation, when the product enters retort and closethe door, press the sterilization button to complete the entire process;
6. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation ofvorkers and avoid accidents;
7. Double safety valve and double pressure sensors control adopteto eliminate potential safety hazards;

FULL AUTOMATIC WATER SPRAY AUTOCLAVES / RETORTS
Applications:
The equipment is suitable for sterilization production of all kinds of canned or bottled food, drinks, milk products.
Technical Descriptions:
1. indirect heating and indirect cooling, the sterilization process water does not directly contact the cooling water to avoid secondary pollution to the food and no water treatment chemicals are required;
2. A small amount of sterlization process water quickly circulates heating, sterlization, and cooling, without exhaust before heating, ow noise and save steam energy;
3. One-key operation, when products enter retort and closes the door, press the sterilization button to complete the entire sterilization process;
4. The whole process adopts PLC automatic control, and the formula is equipped with multi-level passwords, which eliminates the possibility of mis-operation;
5. With chain in retort, it is easy for baskets in and out of retort to save manpower;
6. The condensed water from one side of the heat exchanger can be recycled to save water and energy;
7. Equipped with triple safety interlock to prevent misoperation and avoid accidents;
8. lt adopts double safety valves and double pressure sensors to eliminate potential safety hazards;
9. After the equipment is restored from power failure, the program can automatically restore to the state before the power failure to reduce losses;
10. Linear control with multi-stage heating and cooling to ensure the uniform sterlization effect of each batch of products, and the heat distribution in the sterilization stage able to reach +0.4°℃.
